Shri.Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is plaintiff in Original Suit No.103/2014, (Madhav Prasad VS. Shree Keshan), which is pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaushambi was filed on 11.2.2015 with prayer for permanent injunction. He further submits that the application 6-C for interim injunction is still pending.
From a perusal of the order sheet which is annexed as Annexure no.2 to this petition it is clear that the respondent has also appeared, but the application 6-C for interim injunction has not been decided.
Considered the submissions made at bar and perused the record.
This writ petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the learned court below to decide the pending application 6-C expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing a certified copy of this order before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
