This matter is old pertaining to the year 2005. Learned counsel for the applicants who was conducting the case earlier, has been elevated to this Bench.
This Court had issued notice vide order dated 7.11.2019, by which directions was issued to the applicants to engage some other counsel. The notice has been served to the applicants, which is evident vide office note dated 23.10.2021.
It appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter and the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
