Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Namit Kumar Sharma and Sri Nripendra Mishra learned counsel for the respondent Mandi Simiti.
Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to supply a statement of account to the learned counsel for the petitioner today itself.
Upon receipt of statement of account, the petitioner will file his objections along with 50% of the impugned demand within seven days from today before the respondent authority and the respondent authority will decide the objection within seven days thereafter.
For the period of 15 days or till the objection, so filed by the petitioner, is decided by the respondent authority, whichever is earlier, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner.
Failure to comply with the directions as indicated above, interim order shall stand discharged and the respondent authority will be at liberty to initiate proceedings in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Copy of the order may be given to Sri Nripendra Mishra learned counsel for the respondent today for information and necessary compliance.
