Sri Ravi Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 and learned Standing Counsel for respondents No. 1 & 5.
Main grievance of the petitioner is that his representation for allotment of the shop is pending and unless the same is decided, the petitioner will not get justice.
On instructions, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 2, 3 & 4 submits that vide order dated 25.11.2021 the representation of the petitioner has already been decided and now the remedy for the petitioner is to challenge the same.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondents No. 2, 3 & 4, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy available to the petitioner under the law.
Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
