No.7/2018 of Varthuru P.S., Bengaluru which was registered in pursuance of the order dated 20.12.2017 passed by the learned II Additional C.J.M., Bengaluru for the offence P/U/S 420, 427, 384, 406 of IPC.
This Criminal Petition is coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2018 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
