Sketch to the petitioners within a time to be fixed by this court.
For Petitioner : Ms.L.Sasireka For Respondents : Mr.R.Rajeswaran Special Govt. Pleader O R D E R Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider their representation dated 27.01.2017 in respect of transfer of Patta No.164 with respect to the land measuring 0.90 cents (hectare 0.36.5 ares) comprised in Survey No.157/2A 28, Melakkottaiyur Village, Tiruporur Taluk and issue Computerized Patta, Chitta, Adangal and F.M.B. Sketch, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in spite of the petitioners' representation dated 27.01.2017, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27.07.2017 and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27.01.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
