JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by ANITA SUMANTH, J.) This petition is moved by M.Seeman, the father of the detenue Mala, alleging that his daughter was missing from the house from 25.01.2017 at about 1.30p.m.
2. When the petition was called for hearing, the detenue along with the second respondent Logo @ Loganathan were heard. The detenue states that she left her house on 25.01.2017 to marry the 2nd respondent. The marriage took place on 17.02.2016 and they are living together as husband and wife.
3. We are also informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the father, the petitioner in this petition has given a statement in the form of affidavit to the effect that he does not persue this Hebeas Corpus Petition.
4. In the light of the above and recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
