Kj It is seen from the records that the batta is not paid by the petitioner within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. Hence, the matter was posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, C.M.P.No.13694 of 2016 is dismissed for default. Consequently, C.R.P.NPD.SR.No.57538 of 2016 is rejected. No costs.
