JUDGMENT / ORDER

These petitions are filed by the petitioner who is the Provident Fund Inspector to quash the complaint in C.C.No.127 of 2009, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur, Salem.

2. Ms.R.Meenakshi, learned counsel for the respondent has made an endorsement on the petition saying that the Employees Organisation had received the EPF dues and therefore, these petitions might be closed.
3. The endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent is recorded and all the Criminal Original Petitions are closed accordingly as the Employees Organisation has received the EPF dues. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
