O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent No.2.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has already retired and retirement emoluments have been settled.
3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the calculation of the benefits is contrary to the orders passed by this Court in the earlier round of litigation. In the instant petition what is sought for is implementation of the orders passed by this Court in WP No.6171/1992 and W.A. No.49619/2003.
4. The submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the retirement benefits have been settled to the petitioner is placed on record. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum, then liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach such Authority or Forum in accordance with law to seek redressal of her grievances.
With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
