Bhadrinath, Advocate) This writ petition is filed under article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to call for records in MC 21/2011 on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Madikeri; quash the order dated 07.12.2015 passed on I.A.No.I filed by the respondent under Section 24 and 25 of Hindu Marriage Act in MC 21/2011 on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Madikeri vide Annexure-E and consequently dismiss the application filed by the petitioner and etc.
This writ petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the court made the following:-
O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 03.01.2019 stating that the writ petition is rendered itself infructuous in view of the conclusion of the proceedings before the Family Court.
