Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to give promotion as Assistant to the 10(a)(i) candidates as per the Revised seniority in Proceedings No.21275/Admn./II-2/01 dated 03.02.2004 and to give promotion as Assistant as per the seniority in Proceedings No.21275/Admn./II-2/01 dated 01.11.2001.
