JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasion there was no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank is present. This shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
