JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, both sides counsel present. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the conditional order passed by this Court on 20.12.2016 has been complied with by the petitioner and memo is filed to that effect.
2.Recording the above submissions and the memo filed by the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the application under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C. within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
