JUDGMENT By order dated 25.06.2018, a week’s time was granted to take necessary steps for service of notice on respondent No.2. Thereafter, there is no representation for appellant on 25.01.2019, 28.01.2019, 27.06.2019 and 30.07.2019. On 30.07.2019 in the absence of appellant’s counsel, a week’s time was granted to take steps and it was observed that if steps are not taken, list the appeal for dismissal.
2. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. Steps in respect of respondent No.2 is not taken. Hence, appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
