It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicants for grant of extension of time.
The time extension application is allowed, as prayed.
Three weeks further time from today is granted to the applicants to appear and surrender before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 16.05.2019. It is made clear that in case, the applicants do not appear and surrender within the aforesaid extended time, no further time shall be granted to the applicants.
