The present petition is directed against the order dated 02.04.2018 passed by the District Panchayat Officer, Muzzafar Nagar whereby the petitioner has been assigned task of Safai Karmi in village Panchayat Mukundpur from village Panchayat Kabeerpur, which was earlier assigned to the petitioner. The petitioner has been appointed on the post of Safai Karmi in the office of the District Panchayat Officer, Muzzafar Nagar. The appointment letter of the petitioner categorically indicates that the petitioner is not appointed for a particular Gram Panchayat. Changes of assignment in duties of Safai Karmi has been made by the competent authority namely the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Muzaffar Nagar while keeping the petitioner in the same district.
In view thereof, terming the order dated 02.04.2018 a transfer order is misconceived.
For the above noted reason, this Court does not find that the petitioner has been transferred one place to another place and finds no reason to interfere in the administrative arrangement made by the competent authority.
