Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this writ petition, so the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Court for redressal of his grievances.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the above said prayer.
For the foregoing reasons, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
