Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, M/s.Srija, Sub- Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Marthandam, Kanyakumari District, is present. On instructions, the learned learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife, viz., Abina, the second respondent conducted enquiry and the petition has also been closed and there is no harassment.
