1. At the outset, Sri Mukesh Josi, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Azhar Shmad, learned counsel for petitioner, states that there is some serious defect in writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one.
2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to aforesaid request.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
