Mr. T.R. Mishra, learned advocate waives service of Rule for the respondents.
Liquidator of Gujarat State Textile Corporation Ltd. has filed this application for joining State of Gujarat through Deputy Secretary to the Government of Gujarat in Industries and Mines Department as well as competent authority of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation as respondent Nos.5 and 6 respectively. Considering the averments made in Paras 4 to 6 of the application, the application deserves to be accepted and the prayers as prayed for in Para 8 deserves to be granted. Hence, the application stands allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
