When the petition is called out first time, request for pass over was made n behalf of Singhi and Co. for respondent nos.1 to 4. The request was granted and the matter was passed over.

Now, in second call also learned advocate for the respondents is not present. Learned advocate Mr. Desai for the applicant is also not not present. Any request for adjournment or further pass over is also not made on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 4.
