So as to enable Mr. Raval, learned AGP to place relevant details on record time until 23.3.2012 is granted. The affidavit explaining details about payment made and amount withheld shall be placed on record. In the meanwhile without prejudice to any contention, either of the petitioner or the respondent authority, necessary steps shall be taken, to make payment to the petitioner of the undisputed amount towards provisional pension / family pension and death-cum-retirement gratuity on or before next date of hearing.
The respondent shall serve a copy of the affidavit to the petitioner on or before 21.3.2012.
