Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This application under section 482Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceeding arising out of charge sheet dated 22.4.2017 filed in Criminal Case no. 601 of 2018 under section 135 Electricity Act P.S. Gonda District Aligarh.
The counsel for the applicant states that he has deposited the entire compounding fee and arrears of electricity.
Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 has stated that the applicant may approach the court below for compounding his case if he deposited the amount of compounding fee.
This application is disposed of directing the court below that in case the entire compounding fee has been deposited by the applicant order be passed on the compounding application of the applicant.
No coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant till decision on compounding application of the applicant.
