1. This application has been filed by the applicant (original petitioner), with a prayer to restore Special Civil Application No.2047 of 2012, to its original status on file. The said petition had been dismissed for non-removal of office objections, within the period of time stipulated in order dated 13.02.2012 of this Court.
2. Heard Ms.Gayatri B. Jadeja, learned advocate for the applicant (original petitioner), and perused the averments made in the application. It is stated by the learned advocate for the applicant that the office objections shall be removed on, or before, 10.05.2012.
3. Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the applicants, the following order is passed:
In the event that the office objections are removed on, or before, 10.05.2012, Special Civil Application No.2047 of 2012 shall be restored to its original status on file. If the office objections are not removed, within the period of time stipulated hereinabove, this order shall not operate.
4. The application is disposed of, in the above terms.
