(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay as well as the application for bringing the heirs and legal representatives on record, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the sides in the main appeal, the delay is condoned. The applicant is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent, as prayed for. Permission granted.

Both the applications stand disposed of accordingly.
