JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Appeal is admitted.
Learned counsel Shri Hasmukh Thakker waived service of notice of admission on behalf of respondent No.3, United India Insurance Co. Ltd.
Considering the fact that this appeal arises out of a claim petition pertaining to the accident which took place way back on 8.5.93, the appeal is ordered to be fixed for hearing on 4th July 2012.
R & P to be called for from the Tribunal. The appellant shall supply all important depositions and documents in the form of paper book before the said date.
