Laxman vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|09 July, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prisoner-applicant has taken out this application for seeking temporary bail on account of he being required for arranging funds for his son's admission in M.S.C. As per the record of the office the appeal is dismissed. Thus, this is treated as a parole matter.
The facts remains to be noted that the jail remarks indicate that the prisoner was given temporary bail from 17.03.2012 to 15.04.2012. Now, this was a time in which there could have been proper arrangement with regard to the son's likelihood of being prosecuting his studies further. Therefore, when in recent past the applicant was enlarged on bail, the ground for his present release does not merit consideration. The application deserve to be rejected and is accordingly rejected. The prisoner be informed accordingly.
