JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to undertake post death rituals of his brother like 'Asthi Visarjan', 'Shrad', etc. Learned APP has invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks; wherein, it is mentioned that in the month of March- April, 2012, he has enjoyed one furlough.
No ground is made out for grant of temporary bail. Hence, rejected.
