The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction in Original Suit No.1324 of 2018 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the defendants have already entered appearance and dates are being filed for disposal of application for temporary injunction.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of application for temporary injunction by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
