Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicants- Laturee Singh, Neeraj Kumar, Virendra Kumar, Sunil Kumar, Ram Lakhan and Sheelendra seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 138 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 308, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Jasrana, District Firozabad.
At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that in the present case, charge-sheet has already been submitted.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
