1. Rule. Mr.Dabhi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent State.
2. Heard Ms.Bhatt, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.Dabhi, learned APP for the respondent State.

Learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant seeks temporary bail for a period of 30 days as 'Khatna Ceremony' of his son is scheduled on 23.06.2011 and Dinner is fixed on 24.06.2011. In support of her submission, she has produced invitation card as Annexure-C to this application.
4. Having considered the averments made in the application and the having heard learned advocate for the applicant, the applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for two days i.e from 23.06.2011 and 24.06.2011, from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond for an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on usual conditions. On completion of the said period, the applicant shall surrender himself before the concerned Jail Authorities forthwith on 25.06.2011.
5. Application is partly allowed and accordingly disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
