It is stated that petitioner after having completed 37 years of service has attained the age of superannuation. In respect of his claim for retiral dues, petitioner has already approached the authority concerned alongwith letter dated 29.1.2018 issued by the respondent no.2, whereby the concerned office at Ghazipur has been directed to process the petitioner's claim. Grievance is that despite such direction, claim of petitioner has not been considered so far.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case the grievance of petitioner has not yet been considered, the same shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to process the petitioner's claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. In case the appropriate authority for the purposes of sanctioning the retiral dues is respondent no.2, the same shall be forwarded to the said respondent, who shall pass needful further orders within a further period of one month. The amount to which petitioner is entitled shall be released, within a further period of six weeks, thereafter.
