The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 24.10.2018 passed in Writ A No.22325 of 2018.
An affidavit of compliance was filed by the opposite party. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with and decision has been taken on 24.12.2018, copy of which is appended as annexure 1 to the affidavit of compliance, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
