Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Abhishek Shukla, learned Standing Counsel. Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav has accepted notice on behalf of Gaon Sabha.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to second respondent to decide the exchange application dated 23.5.2016 filed by the petitioner under Section 101 of UP Revenue Code, 2006 for exchange of his holding within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned.
