The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Misc. Restoration Application No. 47 of 2014 expeditiously.
It is urged by learned counsel for the petitioners that the said application is pending since the year 2014 and on account of delaying tactics being adopted by the respondents, it could not be decided finally.
Having regard to the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide Misc. Restoration Application No.47 of 2014 expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
