JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
In view of averments made in the application, present application is allowed on the condition that applicant shall remove the office objection within 15 days from today, failing which the matter stands disposed of automatically. Office is directed to restore the matter to its original file after removing office objections by the applicant. Delay caused in preferring the present application is also hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute.
