Learned counsel for the applicants has made an oral prayer before this Court that he may be permitted to make necessary correction of Section in prayer clause of this application.
The prayer is allowed.

Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Sachan, learned counsel for applicants, Sri Abhinav Anand Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing the further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 485 of 2017, (Smt. Arti Vashishtha vs. Lalit Vashisth and others) under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Delhigate, District Aligarh as well as summoning order dated 04.06.2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 09, Aligarh.
Learned counsel for applicant contended that applicant no. 1 Lalit Vashistha @ Laltesh Kumar is husband, applicant no. 2 Smt. Sarla Vashishtha is mother-in-law of opposite party no. 2. Present criminal proceedings have been initiated as a result of matrimonial discord between the husband/applicant no. 1 and the wife/opposite party no. 2 and there is all possibilities of settlement the dispute between the parties through mediation. Therefore, the matter may be referred to Mediation Center of this Court.
Having considered the arguments advanced across the bar, I have a feeling that Court owes a duty to the society to strain to the utmost to repair the frayed relations between the parties so that the wounded situation may be healed into a healthy rapprochement. The matter in hand appears to be one of those cases in which reconciliation should be tried between the disputing parties.
In view of the aforesaid, the applicant is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 15,000/- within ten days from today with the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court of which Rs.12,500/- shall be paid to the opposite party no. 2 on her appearance before the Mediation Centre.
The matter is remitted to the Mediation Centre with the direction that on depositing the amount as aforesaid, notices shall be issued to the parties and medication shall be proceeded.
It is directed that the Mediation Centre shall conclude the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of three months. Thereafter, immediately the case shall be listed before the appropriate Bench alongwith report of Mediation Centre.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 485 of 2017, (Smt. Arti Vashishtha vs. Lalit Vashisth and others) under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Delhigate, District Aligarh as well as summoning order dated 04.06.2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 09, Aligarh, shall be kept in abeyance, provided the applicants deposit the aforesaid amount as directed above.
