A preliminary objection has been raised by Shri Dinesh Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent (s) that the writ petition is cognizable before Central Administrative Tribunal.
Once efficacious alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, then there is no occasion or reason for this Court to bye-pass the alternative forum. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
