Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Court below to decide the Application 6C dated 3.2.2018 filed in Original Suit No. 158 of 2018 (Laldeyee vs. Lauttan and Another), pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Jaunpur within stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur to decide the Application 6C dated 3.2.2018 filed in Original Suit No. 158 of 2018 (Laldeyee vs. Lauttan and Another) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
