Heard Sri Lal Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that restoration application in Case No. 115 of 2009-10 (Lal Chand Vs. Chanri and others) and (Ram Nihore Vs. Chanri and others) is pending consideration before the authority concerned since the year 2009. Sole prayer of petitioner before this Court is for early disposal of the aforesaid restoration application.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such, respondent no. 1/Tehsil, Madiyahun, District Jaunpur, is directed to decide the restoration application in Case No. 115 of 2009-10 (Lal Chand Vs. Chanri and others) and (Ram Nihore Vs. Chanri and others), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
