Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2 to and decide the Case No. 418 of 2015 (Lal Chand Vs Banshraj Singh), under section 34 of L.R.Act, as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated time."
It is stated that a mutation case is pending consideration since the year 2015.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
