The prayer made in the instant writ petition is for issuing a direction to respondents 2 and 3, namely, District Magistrate, Janupur and Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur to ensure compliance of the order of trial court dated 12.12.2000 passed in Original Suit No. 1346 of 2000. By order dated 12.12.2000, the trail court has granted ex-parte injunction in favour of the petitioner.
In the opinion of the Court in case the injunction order is being violated, the remedy is provided under the Code of Civil Procedure itself and consequently, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to avail the remedy provided under the Code of Civil Procedure.
