... Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order passed by the learned XXII Addl. City Civil and Session Judge at Bangalore City (CCH-7) in O.S.No.4588/2017 on I.A.No.5 under Section 112 read with Section 45 of Indian Evidence Act, dated 16.3.2017 as per Annexure-E.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R This writ petition is filed against the order dated 16.03.2017 on I.A.No.5 in O.S.No.4588/2007 on the file of the XXII Additional City Civil and Session Judge at Bengaluru (CCH-7) ['Trial Court' for short].
2. It is discerned that the said O.S.No.4588/2007 has been disposed of by the Trial Court and hence, writ petition does not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
