1. Notice was issued to appellant to engage another counsel vide order dated 05.04.2006 and sent by registered post A.D. Office Report dated 30.10.2017 shows that notice was not received back, undelivered or otherwise. Again, notice was sent to appellant to engage another counsel and sent by registered post A.D. on 10.01.2018. Perused Office Report dated 18.12.2018. Notice has been received back with postal endorsement that sole appellant has died. Since there is no substitution on behalf of his legal representatives, therefore, this appeal has already abated.
2. Dismissed accordingly.
3. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
