By means of this writ petition the petitioner submits that he sells fish from a particular plot and the same is not being allowed by the authorities and, therefore, a direction be issued to the District Authorities to permit the petitioner to sell fish.
For selling fish anywhere the petitioner has to take permission from the appropriate authority. Without there being any such permission, no direction can be given in writ proceeding. The petitioner has to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
