Heard Mr. Ganesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This criminal revision under has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 8.3.2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti, in Suit No. 31/12/2018 (Lais Mohammad vs. Pradhan Gram Panchayat Vairagal and others), under section 156 (3) Cr. P. C., Police Station Kotwali, District Basti.
At the very outset, the learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present criminal revision because of certain clerical mistakes with liberty to file a fresh criminal revision. Prayer made for is allowed.
The criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
Certified copy of the order be returned to the counsel for the revisionist after obtaining a copy of the same to be kept on record.
