Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage of his brother's daughter and son.
It appears from the jail report that the applicant - convict was recently released on temporary bail in the month of January, 2012 and on furlough in the month of November 2011.
Under the circumstances, discretion does not deserve to be exercised and, therefore, the present application is not granted. Rule discharged.
