The grievance of the petitioner is that her husband had inducted respondent no.5 (Shobha Nishad), who is a widow, on rent to half portion of the house for four months but, despite assurance, the respondent no.5 has not vacated the premises.
To seek her eviction, this petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the District Magistrate concerned to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner.
As the dispute is between private parties in respect of private property, we decline to entertain this petition by leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to other appropriate legal remedy.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
It is made clear that we have not expressed an opinion on the merits of the case.
