Diwakar Maddur, HCGP for R1) **** …Petitioners …Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the impugned order passed by the LXXI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru in Crl.RP.No.69/2017 dated 24.03.2018 vide Annexure-A and to dismiss the Criminal Revision Petition filed by the respondent No.2, etc.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners is present and he submits that he would not press the Memo seeking conversion of the Criminal Petition into Criminal Revision Petition, but files another Memo seeking dismissal of this petition as not pressed and submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre.
2. In view of the Memo and the supporting submission of the learned counsel for petitioners, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
